I have saved the best for last. I would like to make a few comments in regards to Event Production Services. We travel all over the world doing events for our various clients, some smaller than Canada Life, some much larger. We feel strongly enough about our service delivery that sometimes we even ship our own equipment, in addition to the travelling crew. For various reasons on this London event we chose to use the recommended supplier from the Grosvenor House, Event Production Services. If we had been asked to write a letter, describing what we would like to see in a supplier for this event, we would have described Helen and her team exactly. They were absolutely perfect, and looked after us completely. It was not just the excellent equipment, and very competent crew, but also the philosophy and attitude of the company. They were completely aligned with us in our desire to give the client the best service level possible. I can assure you that this is not always the case, in different venues and cities around the world. Hats off to them, and to the Grosvenor House for selecting a great partner to provide the AV services.
